iwent shoppingthis morning for new things to take on our trip this weekend got a lot of stuff i need  that i don't buy very munch of untill i need it  it nice to get things that are new sometime when have the money to do it too and make me feel good to pay for stuff i need for me and everyone around me Kathy

THE Arc Douglas County is having a pancakeed on october 3rd at saint john church in Lawrence Kansas  it stated at eight am gose to 11 am iam working it i have been for manny yers now &on the commttiee for it as well iam looking forward to it this year we also do otherthing there aswell this year it named after a self advocate that on the broad of the Arc of Douglas county he was a good guy he always made you lugh and smile too  he always had that way on making your day by being a good person with others Kathy

hey everyone i went to talk over at the state capatiol on the state hospitals in our area in kansas i did say they need to close one but there was alot of people that did not like what i said but the others that talk about too said the same thing that be better for people to live in the community inseed of the state hositals there not that manny in each of them at this time iknow it hard to move to the community i think it could made alot more better if they could save money this way .

IF i keep my teeth clean for aweek i am going to play up at the casio  if can go a whole week doing this and sticking with it  utill the end of the week not missed aday or night too  and Micehlle will take me there that means evern when i am not feeling it  to do it any way . i know it should not be like this to get something but i also know it better for me in long run too maybe this is away for me to get up and move around alot more too Kathy

all  of  weather  we are  disaled or not we ar allowed to make  miakes  that is how we grow  as person we don't always  do every thing perct  we   need to  learn  from  our miakes let   us fall  down there to pickup ourslves  and start with  a clean slate it  is ok to make  mistakes that  is   hgow we learn
